These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of maritech.solutions (the "Site"), operated by Maritech Solutions, LLC ("Maritech Solutions," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Its findings are recommendations based on the information you provide, and you decide whether and how to act on them. We may decline, limit, or reschedule audit requests at our discretion, and we may change or end the offer at any time.
5. Paid services
All paid work, including pricing, scope, deliverables, and payment terms, is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Maritech Solutions. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the logo, and the name "Maritech Solutions," are owned by Maritech Solutions, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse its content without our written permission.
7. Information you submit
You're responsible for the information you submit through the Site. By submitting it, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you allow us to use it to respond to you and provide our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as a scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maritech Solutions and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Maritech Solutions harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
